We prepared this video slide show which was pushed out through social media.  It demonstrates Home Tenders of America’s talent for staging homes for sale.  Potential home buyers make a decision within 10 seconds of seeing a house about whether they can imagine living there.  Studies have shown that professionally staged homes can bring in a competitive offer versus vacant or poorly staged homes which can deliver offers anywhere up to 10% below an asking price.
